The Centre will be located at 655 Herald Street in the heart of Chinatown and is being established to provide a much needed space for community members to drop in for services and assistance as well as a meeting place.  The non-profit society will be operated by volunteers and open to the Chinese residents from all over the Greater Victoria area.
